Cancellation Policy

Lessons are booked by email or phone, and your spot is considered confirmed. That said, please don’t come if you’re sick!

If you need to cancel or reschedule due to illness or other unavoidable reasons, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance (info@ilonakaikko.com). Cancellations after this time will be charged in full.

Not feeling 100%?

• If you have a fever or heavy congestion, it’s best to skip the lesson.

• A little sniffle or lingering cough is usually okay if your voice feels fine.

• Avoid singing with a sore throat – your vocal folds need rest. Try to limit talking too, and if you must, speak clearly and skip whispering.

Even after the cancellation deadline, you can switch your lesson to an online session. Online lessons can be tailored to help you, even if you can’t sing at all that day – I’ll happily explain the options.

Lessons can also be gifted to a friend or family member if you let me know in advance.

And of course – let’s all wash our hands and stay healthy! It’s never fun to miss a lesson, but we do what we can to stay safe and well.
